Quality System Engineer
At Bamo Technology Kft. as a member of the Huayou Cobalt group of companies what founded in 2002, we have been working with cathode material production for more than 20 years. As the first step of our company's entry into the European market, we will build our factory based on high technology and environmentally conscious thinking in Hungary,in the Ács area, over the next few years. We are looking for a new colleague for this green field investment.
Quality System Engineer
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the quality management system for the Hungary site in accordance with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and other applicable standards;
- Organize the preparation of the quality system implementation plan and promotion strategy for the Hungary site; coordinate with external consulting firms to ensure successful system certification;
- Develop the annual internal and external system training plan;
- Monitor system implementation progress and drive continuous improvements;
- Ensure document control and effective implementation of document requirements.
- Plan and organize internal audit activities;
- Coordinate second-party and third-party audits, including interdepartmental arrangements;
- Conduct audits of the system’s operational status;
- Supervise the correction of nonconformities and promote continuous improvement; verify the effectiveness of corrective actions;
- Assist in management review activities, including preparation, review, and issuance of reports
Requirements
- Relevant engineering degree;
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards and auditing methods;
- Familiarity with cathode material or related industrial production and business management processes;
- Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, 8D Report, APQP, FMEA, PPAP);
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management systems;
- VDA 6.3 process audit certification and IATF 16949 internal audit certification;
- English language proficiency.
